Welcome to First Impressions Interview Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Overview
First Impressions Interview Consulting LLC provides interview coaching and consulting services, including but not limited to:

Mock interviews

Interview strategy sessions
-
Story mining sessions
-
Sounding board sessions
-
Networking confidence sessions
-
Think-on-your-feet simulations
-
Custom interview preparation packages
Services are educational and consultative in nature and are designed to support professional development.
We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, offers, promotions, or specific outcomes.

2. Scope of Services
Services are limited to the package or session purchased. If additional services are requested, they must be booked separately or agreed upon in writing.
Interview consulting may include:

Reviewing past experience
-
Identifying strengths and areas for improvement

Practicing interview responses
-
Providing structured feedback
-
Discussing professional communication and presentation
Interview consulting is not:
-
Mental health counseling or therapy
-
A substitute for licensed medical or psychological services
-
Resume or cover letter writing services (unless explicitly agreed upon)

LinkedIn profile optimization
-
Recruiting, job placement, or employment services
Clients are responsible for their own career decisions and job search activities.

3. Session Format
Sessions are conducted virtually via platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If an in-person meeting is requested and approved:

It will take place in a public setting.

Any space rental fees are the Client’s responsibility.

The Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring in public meeting spaces or while traveling to/from meetings.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
-
If a Client is more than 10 minutes late without communication, the session will be considered forfeited.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session will be charged the full session fee.
-
No-shows are charged at the full session rate.
-
Sessions exceeding the scheduled time by more than 10 minutes may incur additional charges.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate services at its discretion if boundaries are violated, misconduct occurs, or repeated no-shows take place.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include:

All payments are non-refundable.

6. Communication
By booking services or submitting a contact form, you consent to receiving communication via:

Email

Phone calls

Text messages

Virtual meeting platforms

Social media messaging
Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

7. Confidentiality
All client conversations are treated as confidential.
We will not disclose personal information shared during sessions without consent, except where required by law.
Please note: Interview consulting is not legally privileged communication.

8. No Guarantees
The Company does not guarantee:

Interview invitations

Job offers
-
Employment
-
Promotions
-
Career advancement
Many factors influence hiring decisions beyond interview preparation. Clients accept full responsibility for their job search outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
First Impressions Interview Consulting LLC shall not be liable for:

Employment decisions made by third parties
-
Loss of income
-
Career decisions made by Clients
-
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services rendered.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Disputes must be brought individually and not as part of any class or representative action.
Written notice of any claim must be submitted to:

within 14 days of discovery of the issue.

11. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, worksheets, templates, and session content provided by First Impressions Interview Consulting LLC are the intellectual property of the Company.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or sold without written permission.

12. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to:

Use content for unlawful purposes

Attempt to copy or exploit materials

Misrepresent your identity

Interfere with website functionality
We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and First Impressions Interview Consulting LLC and supersede any prior agreements.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
