All consulting services and session fees are non-refundable.

Due to the time-based and intellectual nature of services provided:

  • Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session are charged in full.

  • No-shows are charged at the full session rate.

If a session must be rescheduled due to emergency circumstances, accommodations may be made at the sole discretion of the Company.

Package purchases must be used within a reasonable timeframe. Expiration policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
