ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Christine!

Once upon a time, I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in teaching, planning to become an English Literature teacher. But I graduated just before COVID hit, and I realized it was time to pivot.
Job interviews felt intense at the time. I worried that I didn’t have enough experience to talk about, and I often found myself explaining why I had two degrees in teaching that I wasn’t “using.” Sitting across from professionals well into their careers was intimidating, and I wasn’t sure how to make my story make sense.
So I fell back on what I did know from teacher training and writing essays: how to take a messy, unclear story and shape it into something people can understand and connect with. I kept asking myself: If I practice enough, will my confidence start to show? Will it get easier to explain what I bring to the table?

Over the next five years, working in both third-party and in-house recruiting roles, I had the opportunity to interview hundreds of candidates and see the process from the other side of the table. I saw firsthand what hiring managers actually listen for and where promising professionals often undersell themselves. One thing became very clear: interviewing well is a skill, and like any skill, it improves with thoughtful practice and feedback.

Finding the gold in your experience and learning how to communicate it clearly isn’t something people are born knowing how to do. It’s something you can learn.
I started this business to help early-career and second-career professionals uncover that gold and turn it into clear, compelling answers. I like to think of myself as your “first pancake”: the no-stakes space where you can try, adjust, refine, and build real confidence before it actually counts.

Strong first impressions matter. But the skills and confidence you build while preparing for them? That’s what really lasts.

"You played such a pivotal role in my career journey. At a time when I had my first child on the way and was feeling stuck at what felt like a dead end professionally, you stepped in and helped me land my fist corporate role at XA. That opportunity completely changed my trajectory.

Today, I'm managing agency partnerships at a tthriving omni-channel affiliate marketing SaaS company and I can confidently say that door you helped open set so much of that in motion"

"I was so nervous to start my audit internship and get a return offer, so I spoke to Christine on how to navigate that process. I'm a returning student so I was older than my cohort, but Christine helped me approach the internship with enthusiasm and confidence.

She worked with me to help me secure my first job offer as an auditor! No matter where you are in life or in your career trajectory - she meets you where you're at and helps propel you to where you WANT to be!"

"I met Christine during my job search, and she has been incredibly supportive and thoughtful throughout the process. She carefully reviewed my resume and conducted mock interviews, offering honest and practical feedback that truly helped me improve. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about my progress. She provided pages of specific advice and even “homework” that pushed me to become better prepared. Thanks to her guidance, both my resume and interview skills improved significantly. I truly believe her support played a critical role in helping me move closer to my next internship opportunity"
